- Visa if applicable.
- 4 recent payslips or a letter from your accountant outlining your income.
- Medicare card

If you are applying for a property and you have a pet, please read the following document.
Please include all information and an image of your pet on the application form.
Please ensure your personal property including furniture, computers and clothing are protected against any damages caused in the building. Unfortunately, your personal items are not included under an owner’s insurance. Please look at the following links for some great deals for Tenant’s contents insurance.
